Monday 10th : Arrivals

Tuesday 11th : The partecipants start work - the students sing

9.00 – 10.30 : work session (introduction and presentations of schools)

10.30 – 11.00 : coffee break

11.30 – 12.30 : work session (project development)

12.45 – 14.00 : lunch (Palazzo Ghini)

14.30 – 15.30 : IT IS school choir performance

15.30 – 16.30 : work session (project development)

rest time - sightseeing

20.00 : welcome dinner

Wednesday 12th : Welcome drink at the Town Hall + Christmas in town

8.30 – 10.30 : work session (project development)

10.30 – 11.45 : break, open air market in town

11.45 – 12.15 : welcome drink at the Town Hall (Sala degli Specchi) with local councillor

13.00 – 14.00 : lunch (elementary school)

14.30 – 16.30 :visit of the Malatestians’ Library or the Christmas Cribs in Town

18.00 : transfer to Cesenatico (Adriatic Coast) – promenade on the harbour + visit of Maritime Christmas Crib

20.00 : dinner in Cesenatico

Thursday 13th : Final work session + visit of local company

8.30 – 9.45 : work session (project development)

9.45 - 10.45 : open forum with Itis teachers

10.45 – 11.45 : coffee break

11.45 – 13.00 : final work session – report from students (conclusion)

13.00 – 14.00 : lunch

15.00 – 17.00 : visit of local business company

Friday 14th : Bologna

8.30 – 18.00 : full day excursion to Bologna (by train)
